Training is a major part of our implementation philosophy. We do not want users to know only which button to press. We want them to understand the complete process, why information is required, what happens after they enter it and how their work helps the next department.
Our training can extend from day-to-day transactions through reporting and GST filing, depending on the solution and the organization's requirements. Users are trained according to their roles and actual business cycles so that the system becomes part of the working culture.
